At MadeByZahra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take great care in delivering products of the highest quality and accuracy. You may return a product to us under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the product you receive is damaged during shipping or is found to be defective upon arrival, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or you may request a refund.
Items cannot be returned on grounds of color, choice or handwork.
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, we will issue a refund after we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, you can choose to receive a refund or a replacement item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Items cannot be refunded on grounds of color, choice or handwork.

In the case of a damaged product or an incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return. For other types of returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
