Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! All our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. If you have extremely sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list or doing a patch test before full use.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and most of our products are vegan. We never test on animals — only on willing humans (a.k.a Zahra and her friends!).

Are your lip products sticky or heavy?

Nope! Our glosses and tints are non-sticky, lightweight, and hydrating. Customers love how comfortable they feel on the lips — glossy without the goo.

Do your glosses have a scent?

Yes! Most of our glosses have a light, fun fragrance (like vanilla or fruity notes). We always make sure it's subtle and non-overwhelming.

How do I place an order?

Simply add your favourite items to your cart and head to checkout! We accept secure payments via UPI, cards, and wallets.

I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email us at madebyzahra.co@gmail.com with your full name and phone number, and we’ll help you out!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. You will not receive a direct refund but we will offer you store credit (the exact amount of your order total) which you can use on your next order within 365 days.

If order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. If your order is urgent, contact us immediately via email: madebyzahra.co@gmail.com or via INSTAGRAM DM

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it. Help!

Oh no! Please contact us within 48 hours of the status update. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it ASAP.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of cosmetics, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely replace it.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at madebyzahra.co@gmail.com within 24 hours with a photo or video of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement.

How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹550. For orders below that, a small standard shipping fee of will be applied at checkout.
